About Us

PHA-ZES INC. was formed on February 11, 2011, with a mission to help those grappling with chronic illness. Our company provides services that allow clients to feel safe from the stigma associated with chronic illness. We began to see the need for Mental Health Services that would help clients to deal with the myriad of issues facing them. The organization and the services provided grew to meet the needs of our clients and our community.

PHA-ZES INC. is an organization that specializes in Case Management and Mental Health Services. We have been in practice for 10 years and continue to strive to enhance the lives of people in our community. Servicing populations that are most vulnerable with diagnoses of chronic illnesses, homelessness, poverty, and those struggling with substance abuse.

Why Our Mental Health Services?

PHA-ZES INC. has developed a team of clinicians, case managers that work together to utilize interactive interventions that foster emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Our interventions are tailored to meet the needs of the individuals served.

All of our therapists are Master’s Degree level trained (Licensed Clinicians) and are committed to helping the people within our community. We offer traditional therapeutic interventions; however, we have also added the use of therapeutic games, activities, outings, music, arts, movies, and technologies. We find a more eclectic approach that keeps clients involved, thinking, and moving toward health and wellness. Our use of therapeutic tools is flexible enough to be utilized in individual, family, and group sessions. Our commitment to continued learning keeps us open to new ideas and suggestions that will help our client.
