Alicia Jones

Alicia Jones has been building the foundation for PHA-ZES INC. for over four decades. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, she received her BA in Psychology from the College of New Rochelle. Mrs. Jones partnered with the National Development Research Institute, canvassing the streets of Harlem raising HIV/ Aids awareness. Alicia moved to Charlotte, NC, and began the process of creating a company built on the spirit of empowerment, acceptance, and compassion for those at the margins of our society.
On February 11, 2011, PHA-ZES INC. was formed with a mission to help those grappling with HIV/AIDS. The company provided services that allowed clients to feel safe from the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS. Alicia began to see the need for Mental Health Services that would help clients to cope with the myriad of issues facing them. The organization and the services provided grew to meet the needs of clients.
PHA-ZES INC. is now an organization that specializes in HIV/AIDS Case Management and Mental Health. The company has been in practice for 10 years now and continues to strive to create collaborations that work toward enhancing the lives of all people in our community. This is especially for those that are most vulnerable, diagnosed with chronic illness, homeless, children and families dealing with the ramifications of poverty, and those struggling with substance use.
